Terms & Conditions: Minimum Booking Fees: To ensure the highest quality of service and coverage for our team, a minimum booking fee applies to each package: $180 for Sparkle Clean, $300 for Deep Cleaning, and $400 for Move Out services. Taxes: All quoted prices are subject to the 5% GST as per Alberta provincial regulations. Service Estimates: The hours displayed are estimates based on standard room sizes. If a property requires significant extra attention beyond the selected parameters, we will discuss any necessary adjustments with you before starting. Cancellations: We value our cleaners' time. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a late-cancellation fee. Travel & Extras: Travel fees and additional tasks (such as bed-making or specific appliance cleaning) are included in the final subtotal based on the "Others" field: Covers for an extra hour for small details within the cleaning service, lead cleaner will assess if refundable after cleaning has been completed.
